💜💜💜 The Year of the "Soup" … I enjoy traveling the road of "Self Health".  One of my favorite meals to prepare is good old soup. On days I have those pesky tremors I fix a hearty Vegetable Soup:  I use a bag of pre-cut stew vegies including the potatoes and add a can of vegie soup for spices. I have limited spices so a good can of soup always adds great flavor and stock.  Add fresh chopped onion and celery (rough chop) AND any great fresh or can vegies you have leftover. Simmer for a few hours and enjoy with a fresh salad. 💜💜💜
